Inkasso Küng Ltd was instructed by tpf to carry out the collection for journeys without a valid ticket. Inkasso Küng Ltd has undergone a rigorous certification process from Movi + and is the official TPcollect partner of tpf.
2. What is your account details for paying the costs incurred?
It is best to use the sent payment slip. If you no longer have this, the open amount can be transferred directly to IBAN CH7509000000300076056, mention in any case our reference number (see sample) or please contact us directly (see question No. 9).
6. I did not travel, someone used my identity or stole my identity card.
In the ticket inspection, the identity is checked in detail by the employee of the tpf. Also, the validity of the information is verified. If your identity card has been stolen, contact directly at the contact center with the police loss report.
7. I received a penalty order, why do I have to pay for both?
The prosecution remains reserved under Art. 20 Passenger Transport Act (PBG), that in addition to the payment of the fee as compensation for the administrative effort and the loss of revenue, the traveler must additionally expect prosecution. The relevant penal provisions can be found in Art. 57 PBG and in the Criminal Code.
8. Will my journey without a valid ticket be registered?
Since April 2019, the National Dodgers Register exists throughout Switzerland. The entries are visible here for 24 months since the last incident for the transport companies.
9. My question was not answered, what am I going to do?
